CHINA COMPENSATION FOR LOST VALIDITY ON 10 YEAR VISA DUE TO COVID

China will allow those with an expired 10 year visa to have an additional 3 years added to make up for the 3 years that it could not be used due to COVID.

They will not charge a consular fee for this service. 

10 year visas started being issued in Nov. 2014.


DO YOU QUALIFY? 

  • You must hold a 10 year visa that has expired (but not canceled)
  • You must be applying for the same type of visa as their expired visa.
  • IF not, you should apply for a new visa

IF YOU QUALIFY, WE CAN ASSIST YOU WITH THIS PROGRAM

  • Requirements are the same as a new visa (we are not sure about business letters yet).

 

If applicants DO qualify for the 3 years, you can still choose to apply for a new 10 year visa and pay the consular fees instead.
