We are a courier company registered with the U.S. Department of State to deliver passport applications to
passport agencies on our customers' behalf. You can confirm this on the State Department's

You can apply for a U.S. passport yourself, without our service, through the U.S. Department of State at
travel.state.gov, including expedited service for an additional government fee.
Our fees are for our own services and are charged in addition to all government, embassy and consular fees.
Processing times are set by the government agency or embassy that issues your document.
