Please note the following India ETV (Electronic Travel Visa) conditions before you apply.

Approved Airports/Seaports:

• The ETV can only be used to enter 31 airports and 5 seaports: India ETV Airports/Seaports
• If the airport/seaport you arrive at does not appear on the list, you cannot apply for an India ETV.

• Your passport must have at least six months validity from the date of arrival in India.
• You must possess a copy of your ETV at the time of travel.
• ETV is non-extendable, non-convertible.

IMPORTANT: Your passport must have more than 6 months validity remaining after your travel date in order to apply for a visa.  It must also contain at least one blank visa page for entry & exit stamps.

Please scan a clear and legible color copy of the information pages of your passport: Passport Scan Example.  This must be uploaded, or emailed to us, during the application process. Please do not take a picture of your passport info page- it must be scanned instead.

If your passport has been amended (name changed, validity extended—found in the back pages of your passport) you will also need to scan and upload along with your passport information pages.

A passport photo will need to be uploaded, or emailed to us, as a part of the application process. You may either:

(1) Scan a recent 2x2 passport photograph. Please don't take a picture of your passport photo - the passport photo must be scanned.
  OR
(2) Take a digital photo using a camera. You must attach the original file size (100KB or larger)- thumbnail size is not accepted. Please make sure the picture is taken against a light/white background.

IMPORTANT:
All photos must meet these requirements:

• The photo must have been taken within the last six months.
• Glasses cannot be worn.
• Closed mouth smile.
• Lighting must be even – no shadows.
• The background must be a flat, blank white or very light wall.
• Clear and centered.
• Both shoulders must be visible.

A letter of invitation from the host company/organization is required. India Sample Business Invitation Letter

This document will need to be scanned and uploaded or emailed to us during the application process.

Please scan a clear copy of your Business Card.

You must submit a scanned copy of your business card in order to obtain an India ETV Business visa. 

If your business card is double-sided, please scan both sides. The document will need to be uploaded during the application process. If you prefer you may also email it to us and we will upload it on your behalf once your order is placed.

We highly recommend you have a copy the following documents before you begin completing the visa application. 

• Your roundtrip airline confirmation indicating the dates of entry and exit from the country you intend to visit.
• You will also need the address of your hotel or host.
• Business visa applicant: you will need the contact name and full address of both the U.S. based company you are traveling on behalf of and the company you are visiting.
