Traveling to Sweden for Business?

Business trips lasting longer than 5 days require the traveler to register with the Swedish Work Environment Authority. The report must be made when a posted employee begins working in Sweden, at the latest. If the posting is for no more than five days, no report is necessary. If the posting becomes extended, a report must be made on the sixth day at the latest. Failure to do so may result in fines being assessed to the employer.
