For those who are visiting Kenya, Rwanda, and Uganda as tourists on the same itinerary, you may now apply for an East Africa Tourist Visa to cover your stay in each country. The East Africa visa replaces the need to obtain a separate visa for each individual country.

Important note:

• You must apply for an East Africa Visa at the Embassy of the country you will enter first
• East African Visa is not the same as a standard tourist visa for Kenya/Rwanda/Uganda. You cannot use a standard tourist visa issued for Kenya/Rwanda/Uganda to move freely between the three countries. You must specifically apply for the East Africa visa to do so.
• The visa expires automatically if a traveler goes outside of Kenya/Rwanda/Uganda.

You are applying for a Rwanda ETV visa. The visa is issued electronically. Once the application process is completed your visa will be emailed to you.

In lieu of a paper visa application an electronic questionnaire will be presented to you a few steps ahead during the placement of your order.

IMPORTANT: Your passport must have more than 6 months validity remaining after your travel date in order to apply for a visa.  It must also contain at least one blank visa page for entry & exit stamps.

Please scan a clear and legible color copy of the information pages of your passport: Passport Scan Example.  This must be uploaded, or emailed to us, during the application process. Please do not take a picture of your passport info page- it must be scanned instead.

If your passport has been amended (name changed, validity extended—found in the back pages of your passport) you will also need to scan and upload along with your passport information pages.
