Kazahkstan Visa Support / Letter of Invitation

In order to apply for a Kazakhstan visa you must first secure a letter of invitation or visa support.

 

The inviting company or your host based in Kazakhstan must submit a request to the Department of Consular Services of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan who issues the visa support.

 

The Department of Consular Services will provide the hosting company with a reference number for the visa. The reference number is typically written on the visa support. The visa support is then submitted along with your visa application to the Kazakh Embassy. Your visa will be issued as indicated on your visa support.

NOTE : According to the Resolution of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of modifications and additions to the "Instruction on issuing visas of Republic of Kazakhstan " from 15.02.2004, the following countries are not required to submit Kazakhstan Visa Support (letter of invitation) to obtain a single entry tourist or business visa:

 

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States
