HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR A PASSPORT

How to Order: A Summary of the process
Select the passport application that suits your needs and the processing time you desire. You will then be given a set of application steps to follow. Please review and complete carefully. Add the order to your shopping cart by clicking "add to cart". You may edit your shopping cart or add other items. Select your return shipping option and read the terms and conditions of your order. Proceed to checkout.
If you are a new customer you will be asked to register. Your registration information will be used to place your order. If you are a returning customer simply login. Review or enter your shipping and billing information, your travel information and add any comments or special requests you may have to your order.
Click continue to see a summary of your order. Once you have carefully reviewed your order, click "payment" to select your payment option. A confirmation of your order will appear. Please print your confirmation and send it along with your completed application to the address as indicated. You will also be emailed a confirmation of your order.
You may return to our website and login to view the tracking of your order at any time. If you need to contact us please be sure to provide your order ID #.

- Application Steps. Please read and follow the application steps as outlined on the page. We recommend that you read all of the steps or instructions before you begin the application process. This will help to answer any questions you may have about the application process.
- After you have completed the application steps click "ADD TO CART".
- View your shopping cart. Here you can add another item or if you are ready to checkout, select a shipping option, agree to the Terms and Conditions and proceeed to checkout.
- New customer, please register. Existing customers please log in to your account.
- Review or enter your shipping and billing information, your travel information and add any comments or special requests you may have to your order.
- Review your order summary
- Select a method of payment
- A confirmation with your Order ID number will be provided. Please print the page, write your name on a printed copy next to the order item and send it to the address provided along with your application. An email confirmation will also be sent with the complete details of your order.
- You can track or check the status of your order online by logging in to your account and clicking Order Tracking.

Observance of Independence Day
Please be advised that the Passport Visa Express.com Arlington and Chicago Offices will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2009 in observance of the Federal Holiday. The Passport Agency as well as the Embassies and Consulates are also closed.
FedEx will deliver on July 3rd but will not deliver on Saturday July 4th.
