Amendment Pages

Amendment pages are those pages located in the back of your passport that are reserved for State Department use or notation. For example, when extending the validity of a passport the State Department will place the note on one of the amendment pages. Amendment pages are not to be used for visa issuance. If you need additional visa pages please choose this service from our Passport menu.

Anticipated Completion Date

The Anticipated Completion Date is the date we expect to collect your passport/visa from an Embassy or the Passport Agency and send it back to you that afternoon.
