Notarized statement (letter) confirming that the applicant is currently residing in the United States and is present in the states while the Chinese visa is being processed.

 

Statement should follow these general guidelines to include:

 

- Date

- Addressed to Consulate General of PR of China in Los Angeles

- State current U.S. residence 

- Contact information

- Applicant signature
