Processing Time Notes:

The Australian Embassy reserves the right to request additional information upon review of your application as well as the possibility of a personal appearance. Application fees are non refundable. Citizens and residents of certain countries require additional formalities which could add three weeks or more to the normal processing period.

Processing times may vary according to your nationality and date of departure. Visa approval must come from Australia before a visa can be issued. In some cases applications can take up to 90 days before a decision is made regarding the issuance of your visa.

Information only gets you part of the way. Most delays come from small mistakes on the form, documents that do not match, or rules that changed since the last time anyone checked. Passport Visas Express prepares visa applications for you: a specialist completes the application with you by phone, checks it against the embassy's current requirements, and sends you a finished application to print and sign. We then submit it with the consulate on your behalf.

Professional preparation of every application in your order
Checked for the common errors that cause rejections and delays
Real people by phone, email and chat, Monday to Friday
Preparation from $65 for one application (government fees are separate)
