UK Passport Information:

• Passport issued to those over age 16 are valid for 10 years.
• Passports issued to those under age 16 are valid for 5 years. If issued before 5 October 1998 they are extendable, provided they have not already been extended, for a further 5 years free of charge.
• If you are changing your name you will be require to submit the original document explaining the change.
• As of 4 October 1998 all children must apply for their own passport. Children are no longer being added to parents passports.

Click "continue" at the bottom of the page to view the passport requirements and complete the application online. When you are done click "add to cart". You will then create a user account, choose a return shipping method, select your preferred payment option and checkout. After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation of your order along with the address to send your application and a reminder of the documents needed to process your application.
