Please carefully review the instructions below prior to placing your order for a Chinese visa.


Summary of the process: 

You will be directed to apply for your China tourist visa using the link at the bottom of this page. Please note the particular set of instructions outlined below that must be followed in order for your visa application to be processed and to avoid delays in processing time. 

  1. Click "Apply For Your China Visa Now" at the bottom of this page.
  2. From the Home page choose China Visa from the Visa Services menu on the right side of the page.When prompted enter zip code 22182 (The zip code of Envision in Vienna, VA).
  3. Review the visa requirements and complete the Chinese visa application form. Please note:  In section 1.17 "Employer or School" you must use Envision and use the address of 1919 Gallows Road, Suite 700, Vienna, VA 22182. (The Chinese Embassy is jurisdictional meaning they will allow application submissions from applicants who either reside within the Embassy jurisdiction or from applicants whose employer's address is within the Embassy jurisdiction. If you do not use the Vienna, VA address your application will be rejected by the Embassy resulting in a processing delay.)
  4. Click "Order a Tourist Visa" after completing and reviewing the visa requirements.
  5. Choose the "7 Business Day(s)" processing time and click "add to Cart".
  6. Choose a return shipping option and complete accordingly. If you will pick up your passport in our Arlington, VA office when your visa is completed please select "I will pick up my passport/visa in person".
  7. In the "Coupon?" section please enter code "ENVstaff" and click "apply" below to remove the service fee. Click "Check Out"
  8. Continue to place your order- Envision will cover the cost of your visa and return shipping (overnight/withing the USA). Please choose to pay by "money order" so that you can check out and place your order. You do not need to send payment.
  9. After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation- please print and send to us along with your passport and supporting document. The ship to address is:
