The flight crew will be in Kazakhstan from July 1st to July 7th, 2005. The purpose of the visit is to transport corporate executives from our headquarters in Chicago, IL to Brazil and back. While in Kazakhstan the crew will not be providing any technical assistance.
Due to the nature and frequency of our visits to Kazakhstan, we would like to request a 5-year multiple entry visa issued for each of our flight crew members.
